Heart-Shaped Gluten-Free Vegan Brownies
Ingredients:

- 1 cup oat flour
- ½ cup almond flour

- ¼ cup erythritol
- ⅓ cup plant milk

Instructions:
- Preheat & Prep – Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix the dry ingredients – In a bowl, combine oat flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix the wet ingredients – In another bowl, mix mashed banana (or pumpkin purée), erythritol, plant milk, and vanilla extract.
- Combine – Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms. Fold in chopped nuts or dark chocolate if using.
- Shape & Bake – Spread the batter onto the prepared tray and shape it into hearts. Bake for about 15–18 minutes, until the edges are firm but the center remains slightly soft.
- Cool & Decorate – Let the brownies cool before adding toppings. Drizzle with melted chocolate, spread coconut yogurt, and sprinkle with granola or berry puree.
