Green Irish Soda Bread

  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds (for topping)

  • 2 tbsp rice flour (for dusting the top)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl, mix flaxseeds and water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine hemp flour, rice flour, salt, and nutmeg.

  4. Stir in the blended kale for a vibrant green color.

  5. Add the flax mixture, plant-based milk, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until a dough forms.

  6. Fold in chopped nuts, ensuring even distribution.

  8. Using a sharp knife, make a cross on top of the dough.
